Jennifer Ting Chen was born and raised in Brazil, and educated in architecture and design in Canada.  She now lives in NYC, is married and has 3 children 

She has rejoined the workforce at a top real estate brokerage company in New York City and still continues to volunteer in her children’s schools and was the co-president of the middle school PTA.

She was Ranked NRT's Top 2% Sales Associates Nationwide in 2019 and Winner of the 2019 Real Estate Board of NY(REBNY) Residential Sales Deal of the Year.

She brings in a personal level of customer service, professionalism and higher level of expertise in the architectural structure of each building and knowledge on the interior layout of each property optimizing the process for her clients in search of their new home. Whether her clients' goal is to find a forever home, build wealth through investment, or sell their property in New York, Jennifer will compassionately guide them through Manhattan's real estate process, assuming the challenges in each transaction, collaborating with clients and exceeding their expectations to get the deal done!
