One day at a time. Boundaries. Let Go. Rise Up.

As I reflect on my own path—as a woman, a mother, a wife, and an artist—I’m struck by how much of life’s truth only reveals itself through living. The “list” goes on, thankfully a daughter, a sister, a friend, a grand daughter and more.
Change is constant. Nothing stays still.
And it takes time—real time—to reach the kind of understanding that doesn’t come from books or advice, but from experience, vulnerability, and the willingness to evolve.
In my twenties and thirties, impatience was part of my fuel. That fire was essential—it moved me forward, helped me dream boldly, act quickly.
But now, in my forties, I welcome a different pace. A deeper knowing.
The fire is still there—but it’s used differently now. It burns with focus, with purpose.
And still, I know I’m far from the woman I’ll one day be. More growth is coming—always.
I recently heard someone say: “Life is one day.”
Only the present moment is ours to shape. It’s where good memories are born. It’s where we prepare for what’s next.
I’ve come to understand to embrace boundaries—not as barriers, but as sacred spaces.
They allow me to be fully myself in a world that often asks women to shrink, to accommodate, to serve others first. Boundaries are how we stay rooted in who we are.
I’m learning to let go—not all at once, but moment by moment.
Letting go of what weighs me down, of what no longer serves, of what keeps me small.
And I’m discovering that letting go is an act of strength. It’s how we honor our boundaries.
And then, from that place—we rise up.
Not in rebellion, but in readiness.
Prepared. Rooted. Free.
To step into who we are meant to be—not just for ourselves, but for others too.
Because we don’t live alone.
We live in society, in community.
And everything we do, every step we take, touches someone else.
When we rise with integrity, we lift others too.
Living fully is about alignment. It’s about showing up in tune with your truth, your values, your soul.
It all starts with a smile, one moment at a time,
With love,
